The middle three fingers are a bit odd....too skinny, they have an unusual shape. And the brown shadow below them is...confusing; almost like the hand is resting in something brown and squishy...

Great use of dithering in the backgreound,    maybe this could have been better,    by adding something like a green glow around the hand.
