Hi Psiweapon thanks for your comments, I'm only starting out on pixel art so i will take in consideration all your tips for my next drawings, any comments on where to find great resources, techniques is more than welcome!

The shapes aren't good, it's mostly pillow-shaded, and I think his chin is a bit broader and more protruding.

The skin tone should be less pink, and the nose is too strongly symmetrical while the rest of the piece is only softly symmetrical (that last thing is actually good)

Next time try making a better sketch/base drawing before starting with lineart and colors. Have you ever tried using a reference grid?

All in all, I'd still say you're on the right track, you just still need a lot of practice.
