Thanks for your information and pointing out this for me, I think I never really noticed the difference between pixel arts and non-pixel arts.

I guess I'm gonna revise this piece, if I thought it's in the standard, I will reupload this agian, if not, I will delete this post later.

This isn't pixel art. The outline is mostly pixel art, but the colouring is digital painting. On PJ, the entire piece has to be pixel art to be accepted to the gallery.

I recommend reading this tutorial. It provides an easy-to-follow rationale for why things like this aren't pixel art, and has many other tips you might find useful.
