Actually the blinking is there because the commissioner requested to add blinking animation. Maybe I should edit it with non-blinking one?

It looks very good, but blinking seems unneeded. And even makes whole picture worse, I think.
It ruines an illusion of motion, because it's no longer possible to take it as a static picture.
