Your darkest green color is a little ugly, but that's just because it doesn't coincide with the palette. The mountains going from blue to a dark green is fine and dandy, but the grass going from light green, to blue, to dark green isn't how palettes usually work; once you use a hue, it's generally good not to repeat it (unless there's a massive amount of contrast). Change up the green to a dark brown and it'll look fine (or another color if you find a good-looking combination). 

I think the grass is really sloppily done--even stray pixels are left on the grass to the right.

I like the perfection on the lams  down of the hat, I like the perspective, the artwork, the skay dithering and the two tones on the grass, good use of antialias, very good!
