Usually, you AA against a dark background, so it's kinda weird that you're doing it on the pixels that are inside the white outline (as they should AA between the pixel color and white, rather than the pixel color and the dark blue).
Don't forget to pay attention to your lighting. You've got some lighting going on, but you could've used the darkest skin tone to have highlights on the black cloth (to separate the boots, for example), and her thighs aren't light, basically.
When you AA, you can use more than a single pixel when the situation demands it. For example, the thighs might have made good with more because they're larger, straighter shapes (so you can use AA to imply sub-pixel resolution).
I'm not certain what she's holding - it looks like an egg, and her hand looks like a scoop or scythe or something?
