The broken outlines look rather weird on just about any-colour background. When AAing outlines, be careful not to have lighter actually break it. That can be very challenging if you're trying to avoid making the outline look thick. One possibility is to not have a solid dark outline at all, and use lighter colours for the outlines of lighter parts. That way, you can have less AA because the outline is not overly contrasted to the surrounding colours.
