Another mockup I did for a Kill la Kill fighting game... this time an animated one

Great attention to detail, plus Ryuko and Satsuki are looking good! The transformation animations are particuarly noteworthy :)
However, the scene is really busy, with fast animations (the sky, the Elite/Deva, the other students, and the flags), and the pure red on the buildings, which I find quite distracting. I think the background could have a more blue hue, so that it'd contrast more with the reds, oranges and yellows on Satsuki and Ryuko - a bit like in the second opening to Kill la Kill.

Still, great homage!

@eishiya Thanks for the feedback mate! In the anime, there is a scene where they do a synchronized transformation and from that is what I based on, there are slighty differences in their frames, but yeah, it's the same timing. Maybe I will give it some thought to make it better, but for now, I will let it as it is, was my first time doing a complex animation this long frame by frame

@StoneStephen Mako is what did it for me in this anime, so had to capture her essence somehow

Mako in the background is perfect.

Looking good! I haven't seen the anime so maybe this is intentional, but it looks weird that their transformations have identical timing. It even makes me a little dizzy. It could be cool if each had slightly different timing on the animation (but started and finished at the same time), or even slightly different animations. If the animations have to be the same, the timing could be controlled programmatically, perhaps even randomized. The animations being identical looks rather stiff and unnatural, an unfortunate contrast to the well-done animations outside of the transformation.
