Why do the feet and face have no outline?
The animation is really smooth, but the small of her back does a weird thing without much reason.
japanese bows are much larger too .. thisis more a fantasy bow with the scrolled ends
Thank you for the feedback. I was trying to make her hold a bow in her front but at same time, making it clear that the thing is a bow. If I put the bow plainly in the front the "bow information" just disappears. It becomes a vertical piece of wood with pixel art. I have seen classic japanese videos showing people running with long bows in action scenes and they usually put the bow in the front to make it to the shoot stance faster. My last chance is making her hold the bow aside.
i think you should but the bow just in her left hand and not have it croaa over it makes it look a bit funny ..iv never held my bow like that .. i like the motion but the bow throws it off alot to me ..:) still awesome though
Pretty sweet animation, anatomy could use some work though: a rough rule of thumb is that hands should be closer to the knees rather than the waist when hanging. Her neck is also short (specialmin64 adressed both of these by assuming raised shoulders).
Pretty good motion, although a bit wobbly in places (especially around the skirt). I like the hair ripple too. However, the way she's carrying the bow looks VERY awkward.
not sure i'm qualified to crit but her raised shoulders (short arms?) make her posture look stiff to me. Other than that the walk seems pretty natural, especially the subtle torso rotation. I also like the unpretentious art design
nice walk animation. its something I cant do right ! maybe study of this will help me.
