Futakuchi-onna is a yokai from Japanese mythology. It literally translates to "two-mouthed woman". She has one normal mouth, and a second one in the back of the head. Futakuchi-onna doesn't eat much herself, but her hair moves like tentacles and feeds the second mouth, which is insatiably hungry.

EDIT (after the voting): Polished some things I wasn't completely satisfied with when I entered it to the weekly. It also looks pretty cool in waifu2x now.

@Zizka: Thank you! Glad you like the hair, I put a lot of effort into it (and wish I could have worked on it even more but ran out of time). Yeah, there's soo many interesting monsters in Japanese folklore. It was really dificult to pick one for that reason actually, haha!

Oh my. This is lovely. The depiction of the hair especially. Didn't realize it was part of Japanese folklore. There's a creature like that in Ninja Scroll.
