My first complete pixel house! ^^ I'm not sure I got the underwater floor right though. :/ It looks to me like ... it could be the house's reflection on the water. Although it has three windows, but I wonder if it is obvious or somebody has to look really carefully no notice. What do you think?

really nice, the underwater storey is clear to me. The only crit is the green for the tree trunks. looks like an isocity entry? if so, it will look great there.

The swans on the water are hypnotic. Heck, the water is hypnotic too. Wow. 8D
I mistook the lower floor for a reflection until I read your description (though I did wonder about those three windows)-- maybe you should consider altering their size or shape so that they look unlike the windows on the upper floors. It might also help if you were to emphasize the shadow beneath the... grey.. platform, er, thing. Haha. I apologize, the proper word has escaped me. ;/
Anyway, very nice. I love the atmosphere.
