 the good: It's a very nice cat, you just have to get better with proportions, but in time you will do it.

 the bad: You dont have to resize it, PJ can do it on the "+" and "-" symbols.

 the ugly: there's a thing that is hard to understand and even harder to put in practice: the banding. I also have troubles with it, but in time I'm getting better at avoiding it. In the tutorials and the forum you can find many post about it, t would help you a lot.

Please don't resize your art, as that can mess with the pixels. In this case, resizing made the image blurry and destroyed the pixel precision that makes pixel art pixel art. There are ways to resize pixel art "safely" (in exact multiples, using nearest neighbour interpolation), but if you don't know what you're doing, it's best not to resize at all.
