Very nice sprite, it look like a CPS II SFAlpha sprite.
Animation is clean and the number of frames reflect a huge work !

Should it loop? I think it's been exported sans loop...

This is super cool and pretty complete, huh! The thing that has always turned me off of the idea of fighting games is the sheer amount of work. You've worked loads and there's still all the supers, fall and crouching attacks to go. Jeez. But the ammount of work you did, from scratch, is already super impressive. Kudos.
