The border was intentional, but I can always mess around with it. As for the eye, it does seem close at first, but you have realise that the eye doesn't end where the shadow does. It ends at the section where the brow overlaps it and the rest of the shadow is in the indentation inbetween the eye and the nose.

I like the sin city feel of it, what with the whole black and whie noir colors. Although the AAing is perfect, I think the anatomy looks a little off. His eyes are really close together, making it look like a border separating the two characters. I know two face is one character with two sides, one normal, the other deformed from acid, which is why I find it strange that it looks this way. To put it shortly, I should just ask if the border effect was intentional or not. If it was, I still feel it looks a little strange to the character, almost giving him a picasso like feel to it. Great job though. Other than joker, Two-face is also the shiznit...
