I always thought the Super Metroid suit looked really out of proportion and somewhat lanky. So I decided to remake it in the style of Zero Mission. I'm pretty darn happy with the results.

edit: lookie here for a comparision i.imgur.com/LwtwEMQ.png ...... also added power suit and gravity suit variations.

edit 2: shins aren't so bright anymore

Yeah no, I can see why that wouldn't fly. 

If in doubt, put your reference, always. There's never any harm in putting one.

Actually I had the original super metroid suit and the zero mission suit side by side with mine for comparision. I thought it'd be fine cause mine was new art, but I guess not.
