The Dio Weaver is the legendary elf with the ability to create small, sherical creatures out of a soul. These creatures soul is the deciding factor in a Dios appearance, and powers. He is quiet, and has two brothers. He usually stays inside, but at night goes and explores the island of which he and his brothers Zero and Shock live. He loves animals, and is enraged whenever he sees an animal harmed.
