The dithering using the colors to shade is awesome . It provides depth and thats hard to pull off, nice work.

You know, when I first looked at this, I thought it was a gem statue of some really fat-looking guy with the chickenest of legs, his head sitting completely in his chest, and hands coming out of his shoulders...turns out it was just chest armor.
The textures are visually enjoyable, especially with this great palette. I don't like pointy spots on armor where there would be body movement though.
I think it looks too obviously mirrored. Besides the symmetrical shading, the middle line where the symmetry axis is is two pixels wide and is really noticeable imo.
Otherwise it's a fantastic piece.
