Yeah the time's not right, i wasnt thinking about it when i made it that much seems like. I cant bother fixing it so i guess Luigi and buddies went to drive around Nürburgring.
It looks just like the game I played a long time ago on my sister's GBA, minus the wider screen. 
It's kind of wierd that it's over 10 minutes at lap 1 of 4 though.
Looking at the mini-map, it looks like someone is gonna get lapped. Not surprising as some of the AI would get stuck sometimes. xD
I actually was going to do it with tools, but i didn't like how i didn't really have control over every pixel,. And i cant be bother going over every frame, and i also wasn't sure about pj's policies about tool assisted animations so i just didn't go that route.
