That's a cute and lively animation . Just a little nitpick: I can't help but feel that the head animation of the hen should be reversed (the head wobble should then also be adjusted). The head appears to move back quickly, but I associate the walking of chickens with quick bursts of forward head movement. A bit like in this video: www.youtube.com/watch.
