The hair looks fantastic, but the face could use some AA, and a little more shading on the nose area

Very realistic indeed! Her right shoulder looks jaggy, you could do some AA there. Congrats, it's a very nice portrait.

Looks really cool but the dithering in the skin does not match the hair if you ask me..
