well I dont know how else draw trees .D I tried leaf by leaf once, but i m... meh. I would need strong ref and tutorial. Maybe one day. For now I will keep drawing my green gradient bubbles.

There is multiple ways to draw the folliage texture, but the simpliest is to use the colors transitions to create a simple leaves texture effect.
