Grreat Job Chan! Its awesome! But my crit is that there are some dirt marks on the folded parts when the gun is up, but they disapear when it goes down.

well done! The only complaint I have regards the tanks wheels. They look a bit too elipse-like.

One thing id like to point out is that the closing flaps should move in an arc, not a line.  the way you have them animated, they would have to shrink in the middle frame.  rest of the animation is too simple to really critique, so i guess this is pretty decent.  just try to work on the flaps a little more, since they all have the same issue.

It looks very stealthful when it's flat, and very menacing when it's opened. The animation is great
