I think you overdid the highlight on the package, you call more attention to it than is necessary. Other than that this is pretty good. Could perhaps use more definition on some of the muscles, and maybe higher contrast for a more fiery look.

where have i seen this.. the bump on the left (he's left) knee is way too big compared to the right one. and the right (he's right) looks flat.
