Ya, that's where I was thinking about adding another colour, and they are wrinkles. ;)

The AA on the drool is nicely done< i just think that you should have extended the AA a bit on the darker parts (scars?).

I think I should have maybe added another colour for some shading and better AA, but other than that, I think I did rather good.
