The eye (not the entire eye, just the colored part) on our right seems larger than the left one. I'd suggest trying to match the left to the right. And I'll have to disagree with Saboteur, I like the brown-ness of it all (I did the same for my yearbook portrait). The piece as a whole is great though.
Add some colour to the eyes, maybe? I'm not digging the skin-colouredness of it. But well composed otherwise. Fooour staaaahs. Oh wait, I can do five. Five staaaahs.
This graphic is on very good. Selected colors cause excellently that it is very realistic. However, that this realism spoils dithrening. I do this graphic off dithrening and addition few color. Look http://img100.imageshack.us/img100/2434/pjavr1950141618ig.png Does it does not look better so?
