Didn't work on this piece's colors at all ;) 

Indeed in places the colors are very close, but whatever I'd stick with it as they're the original design's colors. (original piece had 28 colors had to cut off a few)

I think the clustering is really solid in actual design, but the low contrast in colors makes it blend together a little. 

The eyes are way to big and way to close to each other wich makes tis a little tooo cute and cartooney...u like everthing else other then that ^^
