Thanks man! That makes a lot of sense and I knew it looked wrong but it was hard to identify why. I made the Evangeleon portraits after these ones and i didnt do as much of it so i feel like i was improving even without knowing what i was doing better. Might be worth while for me to go back and fix up all these portraits in the future.

I agree with Romson, I think one problem with the AA is that you're using a darker shade of blue to outline the portraits with AA. I think you would benefit more by just using the next lightest colour of the colour that is touching the blue. So for example, use the lightest hair colour on faye to AA instead of the darker blue.  Cool stuff for a phone doodle.

@Romson - Thanks, and yeah i agree. Some of the AA is kinda weird. These are also quite a few other mistakes that i noticed after posting but these were quick things i made on my phone while traveling and not meant to be perfect.
