about four-five days for a sequence. near the end i had to get 2 days more for a sequense - day for a bear's scars and scorches and a day for reflections of the fire on heroes - when there was a lot of burning objects.

What a fluid and almost perfect animation! 

This type of "dirty" or "noisy" pixelling is not my favourite, but you are definitely talented animator!
