The character looks like they're going to fall over because their head and center of pass appear to be outside of their feet. I think the quickest way to fix that would be to move the leg on the left further left a pixel or two, giving them a wider stance.
You should also make the background transparent, unless the white background is meant to communicate something. Useless backgrounds are frowned upon in PJ's submission rules.
