Crafted using a stick and any knife of your choosing. You can revert it back to its crafting materials at any time! However, it can only be wielded and crafted while there is tape in your inventory.
I also find it hilarous. When your character class can only wield polearms, and you keep looting daggers, the train of thought is so perfectly logical :D
