Not only wh logo. Whole emblem (Demon's face and star) is not my design (google: "Warhammer Word Bearers Symbol"). But even so why it can't be "new and original game"? There no v.games (as I know) about this.

I have the feeling it may not make it to the poll though, since the word "Warhammer" looks awfully like the official thing (and the devil/horn guy may or may not contribute to looking like the official games), and the challenge asks for a completely new and original game...
Just wanted to let you know. I once made a mistake of making my mockup into a Megaman bootleg for another mockup challenge and that time I never noticed the "new and original" part in the original challenge post.
Wow! I've never thought that this palette could/would ever be used for a game (mockup) with the grimdark mood of Warhammer. Nice work.
Then I think that's even more of a problem
The reason why it "can't be a new and original game" is that it is based on something existing whereas you were supposed to come up with something completely from scratch that doesn't include existing stuff. Trust me, I know this from experience and I thought similarly as you; everything in my "Megaman bootleg" piece was original except for the playable character (who was, you guessed it, a botched version of Mega Man), and that alone led my piece to being disqualified from the challenge I entered it in.
