UPDATE: Check out the improved version of this fella. I kept this one here just for laughs. Made for a sprite jam over at another forum. My first real pixel art and my first attempt to draw muscles, so the anatomy is probably quite off. I actually created this piece in a quite weird way. I started off with no sketch, painted his right hand and went from there. I guess that's why the pose is a bit stiff.

Well, orcs are fictional, so anatomy can be like you define it haha :) Looks great.
