Cool! Yeah that would be great, just drop me a link to it if you do it! And indeed the red pixel is accidental, I have to fix that at some point! Again thanks so much!
csdb.dk is the C64 scene database, where productions for the c64 that are more or less demoscene related are archived. I would make a profile for you, just with your name Reo, and then add these pics and associate them with you.
I just like to spread the C64 love and show the scene people what others outside their scene might be doing on the C64, and I think it deserves to be on there.
The red dot on the sacrifice one is not intended I take it? It looks pretty odd floating there on a real machine, what with the border. If you want me I could remove that single pixel before uploading it. Let me know what you think :)
Wow Ptoing that is amazing thank you so much! The Ghoul one looks really neat on the actual machine!
I'm not even sure what that means but the official names for them are: Norns' Sacrifice, Ghoul, Lunar Avatar, Maze Encounter
Thanks again Sven, that's really incredible for me!
@Cure: I agree that one is the best, it was the first one I did and then I tried to re-capture that goodness with the other ones. Helm will always loom as an influence on these matters, for good reason!
I too would love to see a game like this!
Very cool, particularly love the bottom right one: feels just like a still image for an encounter in a old text based dungeon crawler. Thanks for sharing.
Loving it! Made them into C64 executables and took some photos of them running on my machine.
Get archive with that shiz here!
There is a red pixel in the top left of the eye sacrifice one.
If you want I can add these to csdb, ideally would need some official names for that if you want me to do that :)
creepy shit. ghoul in the woods is my favorite. reminds me of some of helm's work with muscley dudes and wide pixels.
Great pixel art. I love it.
