Interesting palette. Too bad you applied dithering in some place but none in other part of the picture. It give a look that the work isn't complete.
Light exposure is nice by the way. It's rare to setup light this way!

I only applied dithering where I felt I needed it! Dithering adds a texture which I don't want in every place, and I definitely consdier this work done
And thank you! I used a few reference photos, but they were mostly me shining a light under my face and seeing how it was hit. I loved how the inside of her coat was glowing in the original design and kind of wanted to do something regarding that!
