Both are good and have individual characteristics that make them unique in style. Though I must say that there are some improvements from the previous such as the arms and posture.
Like this one much more than the original. Great work!
Also there is no aa on her left leg where it overlaps the skirt. Was that intentional? You have aa everywhere but in that place, so maybe you forgot.
And with the old design it was much clearer that blue hair(I assume?) is coming from her back not from under her skirt.
Next time I'll be drawing girls I'll be using this as a reference ;) Really love it.
The colors are so warm and butterly, I love it!
