I agree. The top penthouses look a bit out of place just with the missing outline. Looks cool though!

I like your thick outlines in this one. I think it would look even better if the outline was black everywhere, instead of being brown in parts.
It would be cool if you could add some texture like aging or things in the windows etc. It would really enhance these buildings. nice work.
