but the cape feels a bit stiff like only the tip area around it has the feel of movement ended up like flapping bird wings.
besides that, the animation feels smooth ^^
Is their cape meant to be so stiff? If it is, I'd make it clearer that there's something in it making it stiff (e.g. a separate colour for the rods or whatever in it), as currently it just looks like a mistake.
hm, yes. It's stiff in the idle. I really dont know often how to animate shapes, so my animations are full of randomness.
