Haha, don't be fooled by the amount of dithering, a lot of it was making clusters, then copying/pasting small square dither patterns onto them and then refining them till they were how I desired them to be, in regards to the hair that is. The face was more or less done by hand placing the pixels for the dithering.

Well, anyone can have an afro if you get the hair curly enough.
