It's very cute! I have a few critiques:
The sprite looks more like a side view than something that would belong in an isometric game. Isometric view has the "camera" positioned about 30 degrees above the ground, so it sees quite a bit of the tops of things, such as the tops of heads and shoulders. Things like belts should be curves rather than straight lines, since they're seen from above.
You have quite a few redundant colours. Some are just the result of low contrast (for example, your two lightest skin colours are indistinguishable without zooming in, the two darkest beard colours are barely distinguishable even zoomed in). Some are more subtle kinds of reuse you could do - for example, the belt buckle can use colours from the nose, the shoes could use colours from the beard, the lightest colour from the beer froth can be used for the eyes, while the darker froth colour can be used instead of the light grey on the shirt to make the whole thing feel a bit warmer and more tied-together.
With small sprites, low-contrast colours easily become lost, using higher contrast is important to keep them from looking flat.
Big thanks to you! I registered on this cite because i feel, my skills need improwing. Be sure, I will follow your advices. Sorry for my bad knowledge of the language)
