You are right! The neck region bugs me too... I'll try to rework it and see what i can do

I like a lot of what's going on here, but her neck needs some reworking on the shadows to add form. Right now it looks flat and doesn't seem to harmonize with the rest of the picture.

This is beautiful! There's some room for improvement on a pixel level, but I love this.
