yea, so far that's the consensus. I guess I felt that if I had horns coming out of the turban, having the skull and the horns both be red would compliment that, like an Oni or something.

Personally, I like the alternate palette better, but they're both kickass.
Now you need to make one in a desert with it's pet scorpion lol
The straight, uninterrupted line at the right side of the image is a bit distracting. Personally I'd either fill that section in, give it some variation, or have it going behind the turban.
Dude, not sure what your going on about, this is great pixeling! The only thing I would suggest at this point is that you AA the skeleton to the background, soften those edges.
I can say much worse things if you'd like :^)

Thanks! I think I do prefer the current one too, however I still do like the more realistic colours on the skull, and the red fabric with the red necklace! I do like him better overall when he's all sunburned looking
