I might be wrong, but did that picture near the beginning of the animation have Waldo in it? It looked like he was on one of the buildings. Regardless, this is a fun piece.

Minor nitpick: wouldn't the "cha-chunk" of the train shift the entire view up and down and not just the train/window? Then again, that might look weird, I don't know. 

I can feel the "cha-chunk" of the train tracks, this is some really good stuff.

So many frames! How did you even put this together? I hope you didn't do all that parallax by hand, sounds very tedious.

It looks like something went wonky while saving, the frames have some redundant colours that are indistinguishable, and it pushes the colour count way up.
