The very first rule on the submission page is "Only submit your own work. Do not submit rips, edits, frankensprites etc."

So, I'm afraid PJ is not the place to post an edit of your friend's work. Your friend could get his own profile and submit it there, if he applies what he's learned from your edits on his own.
