Your points made me realise some mistakes and if I have enough time I'll try to fix them in this image, but if I don't, I hopefully won't make those mistakes in the next near-cyberpunk art. There were no references excepting few photos of a girl, but most of clothes and pose were coined in process

Love the mood and the atmosphere in this one, but I think such an interesting piece merits a little more TLC. Just a few things that could help boost this piece:

• More focused and uniform dithering. It's a tad bit dirty.
• The neon sign(s) glow should be full and there should be a small dissipating aura surrounding the forms.
• The silhouetted wall on the left messes with the composition and her arm kind of gets lost in the black. I'd nudge the background over slightly and maybe even center the girl.
  The lighting is a tad bit inconsistent (was the girl sourced from a reference?) with the background and signage.
• The palette could use an overhaul and this could be done with about half the colours. It could help boost the contrast (as mentioned below) and make it appear less muddy.

Overall, your image has really striking subject matter but could use a few more dedicated hours to make this piece really come to life. Those adjustments would make it an instant favorite for me.

I really like what you have done with the neon signs, but I guess the person could benefit from higher contrast in some areas :)
