An LED lamp is still a lamp, so this is a Lamp-head too xP
Without the title, I wouldn't have guessed that this is meant to be an LED-Lamp-head though. The bulb part has nothing to suggest that it's an LED. The big white bits (I can't tell if they're interiors or highlights) look more like really thick filament bases than anything in an LED. The big bulbs have a bunch of LED wafers in them (photo). The little ones, which are probably what you're going for since they often have that kind of shape, have just one, but it's still visible (photo).
I think showing some indication of the structure inside the bulb rather than leaving it transparent would help it read better, as well as give the character more volume - their body looks nice and round, but the shoulders and head look flat since there's no indication of the interior and of the glass attaching to the back part of the shoulder plates.
Hi, thank you very much for your comment, eishiya!
Its always good to get some feedback and to understand how other people see your work.
In fact you are right about the title, there are led lamps out there ;) But in this case i'm referring to a single led (light emitting diode) as a radio-electronic component.
This one is transparent (photo) ,so you can clearly see the anode and cathode inside the led (you can see them on the drawing), there is also a crystal inside, but i have not included it to the drawing (for the simplier look).
Thanks a lot and cheers!
