Custom palette? More like Arne16

P.S. really, most colors except sky blue are from Arne's 16 color palette. Still, looks nice!

I've only joined PixelJoint recently, but this is one of the images I've had saved on my computer as inspiration!
Which palette did you use for this? It feels very striking and bold.
