You said this has 35 colours, but it has 45.
Preview images need to be pixel art too; they're subject to the same rules as the main piece. This means auto-resized images like yours aren't allowed. Instead of rescaling, crop. That thumbnail (and possibly the pre-zooming) will likely get this submission rejected from the gallery, but both should be easy to fix.
