Because there's only 1px space between the characters and the speech bubbles, it doesn't read very well, it looks more like a Π-shaped device of some sort, with the speech bubbles being connected to the characters. Try increasing the space. You probably don't need the bottom speech bubble tail either, it doesn't feel connected to anything anyway.
