the obvious copy-flip-paste takes away from it, your lightsourcing is off because of it and the complete symmetry makes it look LESS believable.
his face without mask looks unnatural because every hair on each side is symmetrical, my eye picks up on it right away and it looks icky.
and lightsourcing it from the middle tends to flatten things and contributes to the dreaded pillow shading, i suggest going with a lightsource from one direction of sticking with it. this means the two sides of the face will not look the same because the light will affect them differently, but it will help the picture look more realistic and POP
