Meryl Silverburgh from MGS1 w/ trademark Policenauts Bandana.

In MGS1, additional dialogue is triggered if the player gazes at Meryl for an extended period of time. If the player persists she will start to blush.

Edit: Swapped preview avatar with detail file (apparently you can only set the preview as your avatar)
